Hybrid EMT Course

The Respond Right EMS Academy (RREMSA) Hybrid EMT Course does not restrict students to a specific start date. It is designed to allow students the flexibility to begin the course when it is most convenient for them. This self-paced, self-directed, open-enrollment format can be started any time throughout the year.

The Hybrid EMT Course includes the same requirements as the nine-week EMT program, except for the attendance requirements. While the students will not attend weekly class sessions, they must attend the required skills sessions and Mod Exams in person at Respond Right. Students will schedule these activities as their schedule allows.

Students will complete the course at their desired pace but within the required six-month timeframe. Students must complete all course requirements within those six months. Once the EMT application has been received and processed, the student will receive written notification of acceptance into the EMT Hybrid Program. The “Official Letter of Acceptance” will give the student a specific start and end date for completing all course requirements.  Please note that there are no program deadline extensions for any reason.
