The inperson instructions take place in our state-of-the-art training unit in St. Charles County, where you will be able to improve your skills, such as CPR, trauma, airway management and patient evaluation. These hands-on sessions in our training facility will help you learn the skills needed to manage the demands of field emergencies as an EMT.
Clinical Hours and Ride-Alongs: In addition to your education, you’ll complete clinical rotations at various local hospitals and sit-in on emergency procedures during ride-alongs in St. Louis County and its surrounding regions. These opportunities will show you real-life emergencies and allow you to apply what you’ve learnt.
