1. You can choose to add your AHA BLS training and have this completed at the same time as your ACLS session. If you need to renew your BLS or need to complete it for the first time, just choose the ‘+ BLS’ in the dropdown box.
2. Complete your payment and schedule your Hands-On Session at Respond Right EMS Academy
3. Instructions will be emailed to you for how to purchase and complete ‘Part 1’ of the Online portion of the AHA Heartcode ACLS course (and AHA BLS Heartcode, if chosen). This is an additional fee.  You will receive an email immediately after checkout with your receipt and instructions.   Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. When you complete the Online portion of the course, there will be two items that you need to email us:
   • The Certificate of Completion for ACLS and/or BLS
   • The Pre-Course Assessment for ACLS
5.  Email all items to: info@respondright.com. Please Note: all items must be received at least 3 business days BEFORE your scheduled hands-on session
6. After we receive your payment and these items we will confirm your in-person skills session.

At no time is the portion of the Heartcode online keycode refundable. You are purchasing Part 1 through the American Heart Association.
